Welcome to Lumen Corda.

Lumen Corda is operated by QueryFuel LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Lumen Corda,” “QueryFuel LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LumenCorda.com and your participation in products, services, memberships, classes, events, educational programs, assessments, THE STUDIO, and other offerings provided through Lumen Corda.

By accessing or using our website, submitting an assessment or application, registering for a program, creating an account, making a purchase, or participating in a Lumen Corda offering, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement to purchase or enroll in Lumen Corda services.

If you are registering a minor for a Lumen Corda program, you represent that you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian or otherwise have appropriate authority to do so.

Additional terms may be presented for particular products, memberships, classes, promotions, or programs. If you agree to offer-specific terms, those terms will also apply to that offering.

2. Educational Purpose

Lumen Corda provides violin education, instruction, resources, classes, community experiences, and related educational content.

Individual results and progress vary significantly. Your progress may depend on factors including your prior experience, practice habits, consistency, participation, physical abilities, musical development, and individual circumstances.

Lumen Corda does not guarantee any particular musical, educational, professional, career, income, performance, audition, or other result.

Testimonials, examples, student stories, or demonstrations represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees that another student will achieve the same or similar results.

3. Violin Assessments and Recommendations

Lumen Corda may provide assessments, questionnaires, learning recommendations, and suggested learning paths.

These tools are intended to help us understand your experience, interests, goals, and educational needs.

Recommendations are educational in nature and do not guarantee:

• Acceptance into a particular program
• Availability of a particular class
• A particular instructor
• A particular result or rate of progress
• Eligibility for THE STUDIO or another Lumen Corda offering

We may modify available classes, programs, eligibility criteria, recommendations, and learning paths as Lumen Corda evolves.

4. Classes, Programs, Memberships, and THE STUDIO

Lumen Corda may offer:

• Live classes
• Recorded instruction
• Workshops
• Webinars
• Memberships
• Community experiences
• Group instruction
• Individualized educational guidance
• Digital resources
• Events
• THE STUDIO
• Other violin-related educational products and services

Specific features, instructors, schedules, curriculum, materials, availability, pricing, and benefits may vary.

We reserve the right to reasonably modify instructors, schedules, curriculum, program structures, materials, features, or delivery methods when necessary.

If a significant change materially affects a paid offering, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected participants and provide an appropriate solution when warranted.

5. THE STUDIO

THE STUDIO is a more personalized Lumen Corda educational offering and may include individualized assessment, onboarding, planning, recommendations, feedback, instruction, resources, accountability, community access, or other services.

Admission to THE STUDIO may be subject to an application or qualification process.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

THE STUDIO may also have additional enrollment terms presented to a student before purchase. Those terms become part of the agreement between the participant and QueryFuel LLC upon acceptance.

6. Prices and Payments

Prices and applicable payment terms will be disclosed before purchase or enrollment.

By purchasing a Lumen Corda product or service, you authorize QueryFuel LLC and its third-party payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts disclosed at checkout or enrollment.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing information.

Prices may change for future purchases or billing periods. Any changes affecting an existing recurring subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms communicated for that subscription.

7. Recurring Billing

Certain Lumen Corda memberships, including portions of THE STUDIO or other programs, may operate on a recurring subscription basis.

When you enroll in a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the price and frequency disclosed at enrollment until the subscription is canceled.

You are responsible for canceling before your next scheduled billing date if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period.

Cancellation generally prevents future charges and does not retroactively cancel charges for billing periods that have already begun.

Cancellation of Recurring Subscriptions

You may cancel a recurring subscription using any cancellation method made available through your account, billing portal, or by contacting Lumen Corda. Cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled billing date to avoid the next recurring charge. Unless otherwise stated at enrollment or required by applicable law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current paid billing period, and you will retain access through that period.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Our refund policy is intended to treat students fairly while recognizing that Lumen Corda invests time, preparation, instructor availability, personalized services, and immediate access to educational materials in providing its programs.

Digital Products and Downloads

Digital products, downloads, recordings, educational materials, courses, and other immediately accessible digital content are generally non-refundable once delivered, downloaded, or accessed, except where otherwise required by law.

One-Time Live Classes and Workshops

Unless different terms are disclosed at registration, you may request a refund for a one-time live class or workshop by canceling at least 7 days before its scheduled start date.

Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the scheduled start are generally non-refundable.

Recurring Memberships

Recurring memberships may be canceled before the next scheduled billing date.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.

Payments already made for a current billing period are generally non-refundable and will not be prorated.

Where applicable, access may continue through the end of the period already paid for.

THE STUDIO Initial Enrollment

THE STUDIO may require an initial enrollment payment or fee.

Because THE STUDIO may involve individualized assessment, onboarding, planning, instructor time, access to materials, personalized recommendations, or other services that begin shortly after enrollment, the initial enrollment payment becomes non-refundable once onboarding or personalized services have begun.

Any more specific refund or enrollment terms presented and accepted during THE STUDIO enrollment process will also apply.

THE STUDIO Recurring Payments

Recurring THE STUDIO payments may be canceled before the next scheduled billing date to prevent future charges.

Payments already made for a billing period that has begun are generally non-refundable and are not prorated.

Lumen Corda Cancellations

If Lumen Corda cancels a paid one-time class, workshop, or event and does not provide a reasonable rescheduled date, replacement, credit, or comparable alternative, affected participants will be eligible for an appropriate refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances occur.

QueryFuel LLC may, in its discretion, consider requests for refunds, credits, transfers, or other accommodations on a case-by-case basis.

Providing an exception in one situation does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in another situation.

Offer-Specific Policies

A particular product, class, membership, event, or program may have additional or different refund and cancellation terms disclosed before purchase.

When clearly presented and accepted at the time of purchase, those specific terms will govern that particular purchase to the extent they differ from this general policy, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a charge from Lumen Corda was made in error, we encourage you to contact us promptly so that we can review and attempt to resolve the issue.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically entitle you to a refund or override the refund, cancellation, or payment terms applicable to your purchase.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QueryFuel LLC may suspend or terminate access to products, memberships, programs, or services associated with payments that are reversed, disputed, refunded, or otherwise unpaid.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Lumen Corda content is owned by or licensed to QueryFuel LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Protected materials may include:

• Videos
• Lessons
• Articles
• Course materials
• Class materials
• Downloads
• Graphics
• Original sheet music and arrangements
• Assessments and questionnaires
• Teaching systems and frameworks
• Recorded classes
• Written materials
• Website content
• Logos
• Branding
• Member-only resources

Your purchase or participation grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use applicable materials for your own personal educational purposes.

Unless we provide written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, upload, publicly display, publicly share, commercially exploit, or provide unauthorized access to Lumen Corda materials.

Purchasing access to content does not transfer ownership of that content or its intellectual property rights to you.

10. Account and Membership Sharing

Accounts, memberships, private links, login credentials, paid resources, and restricted content are intended only for the authorized participant or household where specifically permitted.

You may not sell, transfer, distribute, or publicly share access credentials or member-only materials.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account or paid resource is being improperly shared or distributed.

11. Community and Participant Conduct

Lumen Corda is intended to provide a positive educational environment.

Participants in live classes, communities, events, or other interactive programs must behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, students, parents, and other participants.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate participation for conduct including:

• Harassment
• Threats
• Abusive behavior
• Fraud
• Intentional disruption
• Unauthorized distribution of materials
• Inappropriate conduct toward minors
• Misuse of our website or services
• Conduct that threatens the safety or integrity of the Lumen Corda community

Serious violations may result in immediate removal.

Where permitted by law and appropriate under the circumstances, removal for a participant’s misconduct may occur without a refund.

12. Minors

Some Lumen Corda resources and educational programs may be appropriate for children or teenagers.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for determining whether a program is appropriate for their child and for providing appropriate supervision.

A parent or legal guardian should register and purchase services for a minor unless otherwise specifically permitted.

Lumen Corda does not assume parental or custodial responsibility for minors participating in online educational activities.

13. Recordings of Classes and Events

Certain Lumen Corda classes, webinars, workshops, meetings, or events may be recorded for educational, replay, training, or program-related purposes.

When recording is planned, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants.

Participants should avoid disclosing sensitive personal information during recorded sessions.

Participation in a recorded educational session may result in your voice, comments, questions, or participation appearing in the recording.

Where appropriate, additional permission may be requested before prominently using a participant’s name, image, likeness, testimonial, or performance for public advertising or promotional purposes beyond ordinary program operation or replay.

14. User-Submitted Content

You may voluntarily submit videos, photographs, audio recordings, performances, questions, comments, assessment responses, or other materials for assessment, instruction, feedback, community participation, or another Lumen Corda service.

You retain ownership of content you create.

By submitting content, you grant QueryFuel LLC permission to access, reproduce, display, and otherwise use that content to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the service or experience for which it was submitted.

Submitting instructional content does not automatically give us unrestricted permission to use your likeness, performance, or content in public advertising.

15. Giveaways, Contests, and Promotions

Lumen Corda may periodically conduct contests, giveaways, promotions, or special events.

These may be subject to separate official rules, eligibility requirements, deadlines, geographic restrictions, entry requirements, and other conditions.

When separate official rules apply, those rules will govern the promotion in the event of a conflict with these Terms concerning that promotion.

16. Third-Party Services

Lumen Corda may rely on third-party services for payment processing, website hosting, email, scheduling, video conferencing, analytics, advertising, communications, and other functions.

Your use of third-party services may also be governed by those providers’ terms and policies.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QueryFuel LLC is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, availability, security, content, or policies of third-party providers that are outside our reasonable control.

17. Website and Service Availability

We work to maintain reliable access to LumenCorda.com and our online services, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability.

We may temporarily suspend, modify, replace, or discontinue portions of the website or services for maintenance, security, technical problems, updates, operational reasons, or other legitimate business purposes.

18. Personal Responsibility and Physical Activity

Learning and playing the violin involves physical movement and repetitive activity.

You are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment regarding your own physical condition and practice activities.

If you experience pain, injury, significant discomfort, numbness, or another physical concern, you should stop or modify the activity as appropriate and consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional when necessary.

Lumen Corda instructors and educational materials do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and are not substitutes for professional medical advice.

19. Professional and Business Information

Certain Lumen Corda content may discuss teaching, performing, career development, business opportunities, marketing, or other professional topics.

Such information is provided for educational purposes only.

We do not guarantee employment, students, clients, revenue, profits, career opportunities, business success, or other financial or professional outcomes.

Nothing provided through Lumen Corda constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lumen Corda’s website, content, programs, products, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no guarantee that our website or services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every person’s particular needs, expectations, or objectives.

We do not make warranties regarding specific educational results or outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QueryFuel LLC, Lumen Corda, and their owners, officers, employees, instructors, contractors, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of LumenCorda.com or Lumen Corda products or services.

This may include, where permitted by law, loss of opportunity, revenue, profits, data, or other intangible losses.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of QueryFuel LLC arising from or relating to a particular Lumen Corda product or service will not exceed the amount you actually paid to QueryFuel LLC for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless QueryFuel LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of Lumen Corda services, your material violation of these Terms, your infringement of another person’s rights, or content you submit in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights.

This provision does not require you to indemnify QueryFuel LLC for liability that cannot lawfully be shifted to you.

23. Privacy

Your use of Lumen Corda is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how QueryFuel LLC may collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information.

The Privacy Policy should be reviewed together with these Terms.

24. Governing Law

These Terms and disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or Lumen Corda services will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

25. Disputes and Venue

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us and make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any legal proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms or Lumen Corda services will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Florida.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from pursuing rights or remedies that cannot legally be restricted.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The affected provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted.

27. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce that provision or another provision in the future.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms expressly agreed to in connection with a particular Lumen Corda product or service constitute the applicable agreement between you and QueryFuel LLC regarding your use of that product or service.

29. Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

QueryFuel LLC may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or other transfer of the Lumen Corda business, subject to applicable law.

30. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically as our website, products, programs, services, or business practices evolve.

When changes are made, we will revise the Last Updated date at the top of this page.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice regarding material changes.
